Terms of Service for AdViewport Ad Mockup Generator

Acceptance

By using AdViewport, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service scope

AdViewport provides an independent visual preview workspace for creating review artifacts. It does not connect to advertising accounts, publish ads, schedule campaigns, verify platform policy compliance, or guarantee that a live platform will render an ad exactly as shown.

The platform names and interface conventions referenced by the tool belong to their respective owners. AdViewport is not endorsed by or affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, TikTok, or YouTube.

Free access

The current mockup workspace is free, requires no account, and places no watermark on exports. We may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features in the future. Any future paid service will have separate, clearly presented commercial terms before a charge is made.

Your content

You retain ownership of the creative files and text you use. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. You are responsible for campaign claims, trademarks, personal data, regulated content, and any material included in an export or shared link.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attack the site, bypass technical restrictions, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another party, or create deceptive material intended to facilitate fraud.

Exports and shared links

Exports are generated by your browser. Review links may expose the copy and settings encoded in the URL to anyone who receives the link. You are responsible for checking an export before distributing it and for choosing an appropriate sharing channel.

No platform guarantee

Advertising platforms change formats, interfaces, crops, policies, and delivery behavior. The mockups are useful for creative communication but are not a substitute for final previews, policy review, legal review, accessibility checks, or tests inside the destination platform.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact platform fidelity, campaign performance, approval, or business results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdViewport will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, campaign spend, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the product changes. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
