Privacy Policy for the AdViewport Ad Mockup Generator

The short version

AdViewport is designed as a free, browser-based creative preview tool. Images selected in the mockup workspace are read and rendered locally in your browser. The current free tool does not upload those creative files to our servers, require an account, or process a payment.

Creative files

When you choose or drag an image into the workspace, the browser creates a local representation of that file for the live preview and export flow. The image is not included in a shared review URL. Reloading or closing the page clears the in-memory creative from the workspace.

Do not upload material you are not authorized to use. Your use of a local file does not transfer ownership of that file to AdViewport.

Shared review links

The share feature can place visible mockup settings in the URL, including platform, placement, device, canvas, advertiser name, handle, headline, description, CTA, display URL, reaction count, and sponsored or verified state. Anyone who receives that URL may be able to read those values. Do not include confidential campaign information in a link you intend to share publicly.

Uploaded image data is deliberately excluded from shared links.

Technical and usage data

The site host may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the service. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated before those analytics are used.

Language and display preferences may be stored in first-party browser cookies or local storage. The mockup tool does not currently use advertising cookies.

Third-party platforms

The previews are independent visual references and are not connected to Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, TikTok, or YouTube. Sharing through a social button sends you to that platform, where its own privacy policy applies.

Data sale and advertising

We do not sell personal information. The current free tool does not use uploaded creative to train models, target advertising, or create user profiles.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical safeguards for the site. Browser-only creative files are retained only for the active page session unless you save an export yourself. Standard hosting logs may be retained for security, reliability, and legal compliance for a limited period determined by the hosting provider.

Your choices

You can avoid placing campaign text in a shared URL by exporting an image instead. You can clear the active creative by using Reset, refreshing the page, or closing the tab. You may also use private browsing controls provided by your browser.

Changes

We may update this policy when the product, hosting, analytics, or account features change. The current revision date will appear at the top of this page.
